Project

Ensure accuracy and reliability of BSS systems by managing billing, charging, and provisioning processes. Minimize customer impact through rapid issue resolution and strong integration across domains. Enhance visibility of end-to-end flows, prevent revenue leakage, and drive continuous improvement, enabling better customer experience and operational efficiency within the NOC environment.

Role

• Analyze BSS workflows including billing, charging, mediation, and provisioning flows.
• Troubleshoot issues impacting customer billing accuracy and service activation.
• Perform impact analysis of incidents on customer experience and revenue streams.
• Ensure data consistency and integrity across BSS systems and integrated platforms.
• Support integration between BSS, OSS, and Core Network elements.
• Investigate end-to-end transaction failures across systems and interfaces.
• Participate in incident resolution and provide expert insights into customer-impacting issues.
• Conduct RCA for billing discrepancies and provisioning errors.
• Recommend improvements in BSS processes to enhance system stability and performance.
• Validate system configurations and data flows during changes or upgrades.
• Monitor KPIs related to billing accuracy and provisioning success rates.
• Support cross-domain collaboration for end-to-end service assurance.

We are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in telecom BSS systems.
• Strong experience in billing, charging (OCS/OFCS), mediation, and provisioning systems.
• Good understanding of end-to-end revenue management flows.
• Experience working with integration between BSS, OSS, and Core systems.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Familiarity with API integrations, microservices, or middleware is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for customer-impacting issues.
• Experience in identifying revenue leakage and billing discrepancies.
• Good communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Project Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
  The role follows a rotational work arrangement. Employees are typically assigned to Riyadh for an initial period of three months, followed by 15 days in their home country. This is then followed by a further three-month assignment in Riyadh. The remainder of the year is worked remotely. This rotation pattern is repeated annually.
