Project

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team and play a key role in designing, defining, and implementing robust and scalable technology solutions. The ideal candidate brings strategic vision, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of solutions across complex and fast‑evolving environments.

Role

• Design and implement end‑to‑end software architectures aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
• Lead architecture and integration initiatives, particularly within omnichannel environments.
• Collaborate with both technical and business teams to translate requirements into clear and effective technical solutions.
• Define architectural standards, guidelines, and frameworks.
• Participate throughout the full development lifecycle—from conceptualization to implementation and continuous improvement.
• Evaluate tools, technologies, and cloud platforms, recommending solutions that maximize value and efficiency.
• Work closely with DevOps teams to ensure pipelines, automation, and quality practices are in place.
• Ensure architectural consistency across multiple projects and distributed environments.
• Support internal teams and clients on technical, functional, and integration topics.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and delivery methodologies.

We are looking for

• BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Solution Architect, with strong technical expertise, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• TOGAF certification is a plus.
• Solid experience in software architecture and development lifecycle.
• Hands‑on experience with technologies such as: Micro Frontend, APIs, Microservices, SSO, Event‑driven integration layers, Cloud hosting, CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
• Experience with Cloud technologies, tools, and services is an asset.
• Experience delivering integration projects, preferably in omnichannel contexts.
• Good understanding of service delivery management.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools including: Atlassian Suite, GitLab, Bitbucket, SonarQube, Docker
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent English required; additional languages such as French, Italian, or Chinese are a plus.
• Willingness and ability to travel globally up to 20%.
• Ability to thrive in a complex, fast‑paced, and distributed environment with high expectations.
